w3schools - she is the mother i never had...she is the sister everybody would want..she is the friend that everybody deserves...i don't know a better coding resource. huge and completely free site full of coding tutorials. i don't have a lick of coding experience beyond what i've done for my site, and none of it would've been possible without w3schools
ez gallery - a clean and easy to use image gallery code with an optional lightbox function. works and looks great, and i can personally attest that it's very beginner-friendly
sadgrl's layout builer - excellent customizeable layout builder i've used for many a page on my site. comes with an informative breakdown on how the layout is organized, how to use it, tweak it, etc.
templaterr - another great compilation of resources and layouts, but i'm including it here specifically for jim's home page. it's what i used for this page and many others, as it was the perfect, simple layout to suit my needs. the base code itself includes explanations of each property and how to tweak them--crazy helpful.
RV's free effects - javascript codes for mouse, text, and graphic effects. most if not all animated text effects across my site came from here. fun to look at and easy to use!
doodad.dev - website customization tools that include a seamless pattern generator, a gradient generator, and the one i've gotten the most mileage out of, dither me this, an image dithering tool
coco's pixel safari - a personal graphic archive full of gifs, blinkies, buttons, and more!

vetted palestinian fundraiser masterpost - a list of palestinian fundraisers you can donate to vetted by el-shab-hussein on tumblr. please note that i linked a version of the post not on his blog because you need an account to view his page. highly recommend following him if you have an account, as he posts many campaigns in need of funds and is an indispensable resource on how you can help palestinians suffering from this genocide.
90-ghost on tumblr - a palestinian living in gaza who has also been indispensable in his work of verifying and boosting fundraisers. he posts tons of campaigns still in need of funds, and is the most highly recommended source for ways you can help. you do not need an account to view his page.
